Performing Umrah on behalf of a deceased, incapacitated, or chronically ill person outside the month of Ramadan through a group of volunteer university students in Saudi Arabia who have passed the Hadiyah Charity Association selection standards. The service is carried out directly under the supervision of the Hadiyah Charity Association.
